File not found during integrity check

My torrent was working fine for a week or so..till today when it asked for an upgrade to a later version, even though I did not say yes to that, all of a sudden the torrents wont download..

and I see these messages in the logger:-

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times but it does not help. I still see the same thing and I am unable to donload anything. My torrent is inactive forever.
