LethalSVT
Since the upgrade to build 18488 I have been having issues with my bandwidth. While downloading and uploading after a few hours uTorrent takes full control of my bandwidth not allowing me to surf the net at all till I reboot my computer. My net speed is 24.5mbps up and 3.2 mbps down, the port I use is free and clear through my firewall and router. As for uTorrent speeds when this happens, they stay normal no loss or gain. Any help would be grateful.
moogly
Try to disable "bandwidth management" in Preferences > BitTorrent. And set the bandwidth according to your max upload speed of your internet connection and this speed chart: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=58404
Switeck
"My net speed is 24.5mbps up and 3.2 mbps down"That doesn't correspond to any ComCast speed plan I know of...as I have ComCast 6 mbit/sec down and 1 mbit/sec up.Perhaps you mean 16 mbit/sec down and 2 mbit/sec up...and just getting temporary bursts faster than that? Low demand on the nod gives gives you more. Here's a test I did earlier today.moogly thanks for the info. I'll shut that off and see how it goes.
