linedancer290
When loading my Utorrent it gives me a message that there is an updated version to download but when I click to download the updated version of Utorrent I keep getting an error message that says problem with language file, please try again later. I had tried several times and the same message appears. I have noticed that on the download page there is a language file, do I need to download this before I can update? moogly
Update your client and the lang pack manually.http://www.utorrent.com/downloadsJust replace utorrent.exe (in Program Files\utorrent) and utorrent.lng (in %appdata%\utorrent) by the new ones. linedancer290
Thanks moogly. Have downloaded new version and language file, but I'm not very computer literate, Do I now delete all Utorrent files that I already had before downloading the new ones? Or are they replaced automatically? I'm not sure what to do now as I have saved new Utorrent files and need to know before starting the new version up. moogly
No, you update ONLY the exe and the lang pack, that's all. With the new exe, uT is able to resume your torrent jobs.
