Trouble connecting with torrents.

I should start with the fact that I recently had to reformat my computer & I am slowly getting everything back that I had before. I downloaded version 2.0 but only certain torrents will begin to download. They have the Windows logo next to them. My guess is I am missing a program that I had previously. Does anyone have any idea which one or ones they might be. Thanks

Forgot to mention the error code which come up. Unable to load"torrent name" torrent. Cannot find the file specified. There are plenty of seeders however
