one uTorrent instance -> multiple GUIs

Hello!

I've been recently banned on my favorite tracker because multiple instances of uTorrent were running simultaneously on my system.

I had uTorrent in Autorun in Windows and used Remote Desktop with multiple sessions => a new instance has been started by Windows with every new RDP logon.

I can certainly avoid this problem using FireDeamon/srvany... But anyway - nothing can prevent me from starting another instance just by clicking on uTorrent shortcut.

This feature is required if you would like to install uTorrent on server with RDP server. Users have to manage torrent queue but Web UI lacks some very useful capabilities.

Thas why I would like to propose the following alternatives:

1) easy one: check box "prevent user from running multiple instances"

2) difficult one: allow only one instance of uTorrent core that can be used by any number of GUI clients (server mode)

3) = 1) + Web UI having the same capabilities as GUI.
