Is it from the Version or the OS ???

I was using utorrent with Windows XP and everything was fine, my download speed was at the max level,

and when I try to surf web, I couldn't because utorrent takes all the bandwith(that is a good thing for me).

But after I bought a new PC and start using 64bit win 7 everything changed, now I can surf web when utorrent is

running(I don't want that, I want to give the number 1 priority to utorrent) ?!!?!., dl speed gets slower when I start surfing, and even when I am not surfing the DL speed is not rising to the max speed, it stays at %80.

I tried all kins of connection settings but no changes. I think it is about the OS.

Please help me if you know something about this issue.

It's the version probably.

Try turning off Bandwidth Management but make sure you don't have upload speed set too high or download speed may be severely reduced.

thank you, I think so it is from the version. Every other settings seems fine.
