Adding Torrent Status Indicator

When a large .torrent description file is added by Add Torrent function (try linked file below), uTorrent hangs for a long while, so the impression is it really hangs, and a user needs to kill its process to restart, and the large torrent file is never added. To prevent this, Add Torrent window should open first, before uTorrent attempts to add the file. There should be a Progress Status Indicator (per cent read, similar to Checking File Progress Status) in that window, showing progress of reading the .torrent file.
