Slow with 7.2 Mbit mobile broadband (3G)

I have a mobile broadband (3G) connection which works good when downloading whole files (around 200-250 kb/s) but i am having problems with downloading torrents. Even though i am downloading popular files with 2000 klients and 1000 sources i the speed is only aound 5-10kb/s.

The thing is that it only connects to around 7 clients but the program is set to connect up to 200 connections.

Anyone who knows why? What can i do to fix it?

Mobile broadband is almost permanently firewalled.

Teredo and uTP are your only chances to work around it.

You may have other limits being imposed on you by your provider as well.

Ok, so some sort of firewall that comes with my mobile broadband is blocking.....

I am a noob . What is Teredo and uTP? The mobile broadband is connected with the computer through USB.
