Can't removed deleted torrents

My HDD space is somewhat limited, so most timers, as soon as I donwload something, it's moved to a NAS or to a media player and theoretically removed from my main computer's drive. The thing is, with falcon build 18581 even though the torrent no longer shows up in the listing, the utorrent process still has a hold of the file. I can't delete the file until I shut down utorrent and patiently wait a couple of minutes until it does.

Besides, for the last couple of builds the "once torrent is finished move to directory" feature only works occasionally.

And If I oreder it to remove + data... it still won't delete. All this worked fine under 1.8.
