Ports are forwarded but uTorrents tests still say they are not

I recently changed to WiMax broadband with Imagine Broadband. They provided me with a Motorolla CPEi 775 router.

When I first opened the ports everything appeared to be fine and I was getting good dl speeds. After about a week or so I noticed my dl speeds had dropped significantly and when I checked it was saying my wasn't forwarded. I tried opening more ports and checking them but nothing seems to work. Im using the built in Vista firewall and I have the correct exceptions for uTorrent.I have even tried opening the ports but that still didnt work.

Anyone have any suggestions?

You many not be able to sustain 0.5 mbit/sec upload...so uTorrent's settings may need to be lower than 512 kbit/sec upload.
