fingershop
Is is possible to set the RSS Feed URL to a file that's stored on disk?I tried using "file:///D:/Folder/test.xht" and similar but it doesn't seem to recognize it.Is there any way to do this? Thanks
Ultima
Works fine when I use file:///C:/blah.xml.
fingershop
Thanks, that was the secret. It appears that ut will only look in C:\When using file:/// it doesn't matter what drive letter or folder names you specify, they are ignored, and ut looks only in the root of your C drive. To me this is a bug, as I'd expect any valid path to be honored by ut.But its good to have this workaround. Ultima
Hrm, that is indeed very weird. I didn't realize it was a drive letter issue -- I only tried C:\, and it worked, so I assumed it worked, period. Now that you put it this way, it definitely sounds like a bug to me... I'll forward this to the devs to see what they say.
