I think I'm connecting to too many torrents

I'm sure this must have been answered before, but I've reconfigured my speed a couple times, forwarded ports where possible (this a laptop I take to university, but also use it at home) and played with settings as per the FAQ.

I have about 450 torrents seeding. I can never download anything unless I turn off the majority of those seeds. I'm assuming I have too many connections. How do I get uTorrent to slowly rotate through my torrents that need seeding?

Set Queueing to the max active and downloading torrents at once and don't give seeding priority over downloading.

2nd link in my signature to approximate how many torrents to have active at once based on max upload speed.

NOTE: If you're using uTorrent at home, uTorrent's settings need to be based on there and only a couple things (upload max, max active torrents) adjusted while elsewhere.
