kirefire
I changed isp and they gave me a dynamic ip from them. I use a linksys WRT54G version 5 router. I have looked at your FAQ and couldnt tell if i should change the firmware or not. I dont know a lot about that it is the first time I have heard about doing that. I got a NAT error with azureus but i created a static ip with my router and port forwarded. I have done the same port forwarding with uTorrent. I still get very low speeds. With my old dsl connection i got speeds of about 50kb/sec now i am at about 2kb/sec with uTorrent and in the bytes with Azureus. Everthing seems to be working fine except the slow speeds. If it is because of the router could anyone please help me with a specific walkthrough for my version of router. I am not familiar with firmware or how it works. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.;
Ultima
I'm not sure how you would go about finding out the version of your firmware, but if you have anything below 1.00.6, you should upgrade: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=46341#p46341The instructions come inside the zip file (the readme). Are you sure you forwarded the port correctly? Ultima
Do you get Network OK in the status bar then? What security softwares are you using (antivirus, firewall, etc)?
