Utorren won't start downloading

Hello to all,

I have Installed the uTorrent today on a new laptop running windows 7 X64.

I have used the UPNP and the port is open. I also created rules in the windows firewall to allow the program and also for the port itself, both incoming and outgoing, both TCP and UDP.

every open-port-tester says the the ports are open.

The utorrent sees the seeder the peers and also have some 300 DHT nodes but no download is starting.

from time to time it seems to start the download but the initial speed never exceeds 0.05 KB/s and diesout in a couple of seconds.

Anyone have a clue?
