WebUI not working over local network

Okay,

First off, I'm using uTorrent 2.0 (Build 18296)

I'm trying to be able to access uTorrent on my desktop from my laptop, I've made sure all the ports are forwarded, but when I go to http://localhost:65498/gui/ nothing happens.

It works when I access it from the desktop, but not when I access it from my laptop.

Is this a known bug? Or is this just my problem?

Why are you trying to connect to "localhost" from a remote machine?

I'm not trying to connect to a remote machine, just my desktop through my local network.

I've tried using the internal address (ie. 192.168.1.105) and through localhost.

I can't find any other threads with these sort of problems.

What internet security software do you have installed?

I use ESET Smart Security on both computers. I'm sharing network folders and that works, so I'm pretty sure its not blocking it. But then again, I don't know.

You need to make separate rules for stuff like webui in ESET's configuration.

Thanks for your help so far, but can you point me to what exactly I need to do in ESET, I'm not sure what I have to do to allow it access.
