forwarded port remain closed

Hi,

I´m using Cisco EPC2434 + µtorrent 2.0

I´ve done a portforwarding:

Cmd/ipconfig/IP address 

Start port: 58**9

End port: 58**9

Protocol: both UDP and TCP

But when checking the forwarded port "the port is not open"

But the green icon says that the network is OK

Please help me out

have you opened the port in your software firewall? http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=7862 zone alarm does that for me... if its not configured correctly the green icon will appear even if the port is closed, no idea why, but that link has the settings for most major software firewalls

I´m using F.Secure 2010, and haven´t opened the port.

2 resons:

1) dont´know how

2) tried with F-Secure disabled --> the same result

I´ve never had any problem with privious torrents

So ask F-Secure's boards to add exceptions/port rules about µTorrent or read F-Secure's user guide.
