Utorrent tracking

Hello,

The site that I am using to find torrents is accusing me of leeching... which sucks. I looked at all my downloads (that are now seeding) and they all have "Proxy connect error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" in the tracker information section of the tracker.

My company has me staying in a hotel for a project, so i can't access any switches or routers to open ports.

Is there a way to get this information to my torrent site so they stop nagging me about leeching?
