this parituclar download is really slow but it has many seeds and my other download can avg. at around 150kB's.

And you have to fix the issue about "no incoming connections" (yellow triangle).

Check if your FW doesn't block your client and the port forwarding rules in your router are correct.

it keeps on showing me a yellow exclamation mark and a green tick all the time - but its usually a green tick

And remove extra spaces between most of the trackers.

Clear peer list (right-click on torrent, advanced, clear peer list)...most of the ips stored there are long-dead or hopelessly firewalled.

uTorrent's Preferences, BANDWIDTH settings matter more than what you've shown.

Peers will send you more and faster if you're uploading faster to them individually.
