DreadWingKnight Posted April 9, 2010 Report Posted April 9, 2010 Overprotective internet security software on the desktop?
DreadWingKnight Posted April 9, 2010 Report Posted April 9, 2010 Ipfilter present?Tried with ipfilter disabled or the file removed?Anything revealed on the logger tab?
Bouda Posted April 10, 2010 Author Report Posted April 10, 2010 Figured it out. active torrents were set to 8, thus maxing out since more than 8 were active.NAT/PNP was enabled, letting excess active torrent to download only if the same active torrent was being download somewhere else on the network. (this could be a bug/security hole)Problem was solved if:-active torrents set to above 8-and/or active completed torrents are stoppedadvantages: -Network-wide ping decreases immensely.-Network-wide download speeds increases.
