(build 18973) Could not map UPnP Port ?

as you can see when i start the program it perfectly maps the port but then after 20 mins it for some reason to me unknown trys to remap it and fails and can´t map anymore before i restart the program where it again maps perfectly at start.

is there any way to change this behavior of readding after 20mins ? maybe make it not try again ever.

is this a bug ? didn´t have this behavior in the prior beta build.
