"Failure: Only 2 active downloads allowed," nothing else downloading

I'm trying to download a torrent and I'm having a problem. In the Trackers tab it says, "failure: only 2 active downloads allowed." I'm not downloading anything else, though. In the past when I've had this problem it's spontaneously resolved after I quit the program a few times and restart, but that method isn't working now. Is there any way to actually fix this? Is there any way to find out what it THINKS it's downloading?

It's message from the tracker, not µT. This private tracker allows only 2 active torrents. Ask their boards.
