RSS Feed: Torrent names with brackets [ and ]

I've subscribed to an RSS feed, and notice in the UI the torrent names now have [#/#] appended to the end of the name.

What does this mean, and what is it telling me?

For several torrents, I see [1/2], [11/2], and some that do not have [#/#].

Some torrents have icons of a RSS feed, up arrow, clock, and a check mark.
