write cache fills and crashes computer

I have set the write cache to 300mb and also disabled write cache. Right now with it disabled it shows 315mb of 0.0k used.

I show nothing in the graphics for writing to disk.

Using 2.1 Alpha.

Download speed slows as the memory fills up.

Will be going to work so if you need more info won't be for about 8 hours

Vista32 Premium Home all SP installed

4 gigs with 3.325 available

It locked up overnight and I had to kill the app with Task Manager to restart it. Nothing in the crash log but this in the logger after lots this type of message

EDIT

Ok went back to 2.0 and have no problem. I did all the stuff that I could find in the forums to no avail. It looks like a 2.1a problem but I am printer not a programmer
