idiosyncratic idiot
Hello there,I'm having a problem with some of my torrents - the files were moved and they stopped uploading since then. Of course I set the download location to the proper place and did a re-check. All of them were checked for 100%, but it's been a couple of weeks without uploading a single byte. The seeds/peers tabs show 0 connected/ X in swarm.I've tried everything already, like restarting download from 0 and replacing the newly generated files with the completed files; it didn't work either. I really don't know what to do; it seems that I'll have to download the whole thing again and that's very frustrating.Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. idiosyncratic idiot
Now here's something weird. If I delete any files from a torrent content and start re-downloading them, uploading also resumes. It doesn't matter, it can be a tiny info file - as long as I'm downloading something, uploading is also ok. But as soon download finishes, the peers tab clears out and it ceases uploading again. Switeck
I explain a bit about ISP throttling and possible workarounds you can try here:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=58714WARNING: Those settings were a special case for a wireless ISP!Using such restrictive settings can easily be WORSE than you already have, so you have to test to see what works best.
