Noname
Ok, just wondering really if anyone have tried this torrent client? Was browsing utorrent.com when the google ads showed this
The Mighty Buzzard
Ouch. Kind of bastardly to advertise for someone's competition on their own page. Not that µTorrent is a big bastion of capitalism or anything but still...
Ultima
Heh uses .NET... No real advantage to using it, IMO. There are already sites that search multiple trackers simultaneously (whether it be using frames, or actually serving the results in an integrated page). shkbobo
And it's like those other giant clients that have inline searching and tabs and shit- just way too much if you're minimalist. I'm sure everyone here stayin with µT

hofshi
you won't see them with AdBlock on. Disable it and you'll see them.
BlackLion
JP=Junk Package. And im not joking. its a toy disguised as a torrent client. I will pass and pass again.
StoicJester
fyi, i disabled adblock and the ads still didn't appear. turns out that noscript blocks googlesyndication, so there are two layers of google blocking and jptorrent is not something i would ever use. it looks like windows explorer with extra crap i don't need. splintax
Not to mention that they're paying for Google to advertise them. A little dodgy if you ask me...

Noname
You don't have to share the link. Just give me a keyword or something to search for or is that also against the rules?
StoicJester
i imagine trying to circumvent the forum rules would also be frowned upon

Noname
I don't see how it's circumvents the rule. May someone explain?I'm not asking for a particular link or site. Just asking whether the system the person I quoted is referring to sites like Pirate Bay and Isohunt or uses a different form of search style that searches multiple trackers differently? Not even asking for a link of illegal contents. Just asking for a good site and even asked for a keyword to find the site on my own since I don't know what to search for in search engines, not to mention I don't know what to look for in the first place.
