Undo A Force Seed

This is a simple question, and please excuse my ignorance here (I'm fairly new at this), but once a torrent has been force started for seeding, how do I return it to a normal seed and get rid of the [F] icon? I've searched through all the help manuals, etc., but can't find anything on this.

Right-click on it and choose "Start".
