u torrent reinstall fail and cannot find in installed programs

is it common 4 torrent to lagg a bit like for 20 to 30 sec wen i exit and again restart (torrent only not system) and EVERY TIME I uninstall it and again reinstall it directly jumps out programs or shortcut nowhere to be found......and evry time I download new versions and intall ....the installation process is not displayed and it directly jumps out.....

,...any knowledge about this would be of great help
