Why so slowly after 1.8.5.17414?

When I use the versions above 1.8.5 , such as 2.0 , 2.0.1 , 2.1 ,

The speed is so slowly.

It 's not about the torrent.

Because the same torrent in 1.8.5 , is so quickly.

It is able to improve?

I had patched tcpip.sys , tweaked setting of utorrent , and etc.

But I found the speed prob is not about setting or OS environment.

I guess it's about the fileblock requesting (querying) .
