It was either down or being firewalled by someone. As it constitutes half of the available open trackers, its loss would be troubling.I just checked it from work and it was up. If I find it is still down at home, I will know that it is my ISP, Korea Telcom, that is doing the blocking. Which would be strange because they generally don't give a hoot about IP rights over here.
