Can't download.

I used hathway internet 512 kbps by taking log in at hathway page.when i started download movies or games with torrent software it reaches speed according to my internet plan.but when I log out from my hathway internet page then I can't use internet.but torrent download was still running and speed reaches 700 kbps.

But now days I can't download from torrent after log out hathway.

Please help me.
