Change download location automatically on data file move like iTunes

When I move an mp3 file while iTunes is launched, it notices that and changes file path in iTunes library. It even doesn't interrupt playing of that mp3. It's extremely convenient, user-friendly and natural.

Could you implement the same in uTorrent?

iTunes likely uses Aliases or FileIDs instead of file paths.
