insufficient system resources AND not enough storage

Hey,

After a few days of running uTorrent, I get both the insufficient system resources AND not enough storage errors on some, but not all, of my torrents (some torrents get one, some get the other). It usually happens to torrents I am seeding but also occasionally happens to torrents I am downloading. I do a reboot, and a force-recheck fixes the problem but I would like to know what is causing it.
