When the uTorrent is running in mi computer (Windows 7) the navigation hangs in all the browsers ( Firefox, IE8, Chrome) or is really low speed. Some times the browsers can´t even connect with the DNS to resolv de URL I´m asking for. The strange is that the uTorrent still have high speed at this condition.Anyone can help me to solve this mistery?Thanks you all for any response.
