Aresn Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 On windows uTorrent, sometimes I used to get this massive speed boost by connecting to the local peers on the same network. Unfortunately the Mac version is lacking such a feature. I don't know if windows version has it or not but it would be also nice to be able to just connect to peers in close proximity, for example same country or same geographical region i.e west north America.

Geography matters less than the # of hops/connections does.
