XxMayhemxX Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 I stream movies to my ps3, and play online games, and soemtimes i need to lower my speed so the stream is smooth, or the gameplay is smooth. so..How come sometimes when i set a torrents speed to slow... like 3kb/s, a dl will still download faster.
