stupid question on RSS icons

Hi

I've tried searching for it previously on the help file and site but couldn't find it.

Bittorrent 6.4

RSS Feeds

New RSS Feeds would have a red clock icon on them and you can't download them until somekind of time expires.

bittorrent won't automatically download the new item until that timer expires, if I tried to download it via the software most of the times it tells me:

"Unable to load

torrent name

offline (timed out)"

If I open it via the browser it always load.

can someone enlighten me on the issue?

No, that's the feeds themselves or the content being blocked by something on your system, not some sort of imaginary internal delay timer that you think is in bittorrent.
