Run Program on Cap

I use XBMC on my old xbox, and it runs it's own video library to keep track of my stuff, the only downside is that it has to actually scan my video folder to find new stuff. I'm sure there are other things that keep track of files in a similar way, and wouldn't it be nice if I could set uTorrent so when it hits my transfer cap it calls a program or script to make these things recheck their target areas?

The thing that's being triggered doesn't really matter to the feature, I'm sure other people can figure out all sorts of other things, maybe call a defraging program or whatever, maybe just make a ding noise but it would essentially be exactly the same as the Run Program option under Advanced in Torrent Properties, only set off by hitting the transfer cap instead of an individual torrent completing.
