lagerlout Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 sorry for what is probably an inane question but i have spent hours fiddling with settings and searching forum. finally got network ok to show up & realised what i was doing wrong in the speed guide. shan't embarrass myself by saying what. my problem is uploads hover round 20kbs and dl 30-35kbs on a 2/256 connection yet when running bearshare which i have swapped from and no longer use i used to ( and still can ) get it to range from 900kbs to 1.7mbs. Am i missing something or doing something wrong ? anyone got any ideas

Firon Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Please don't double post. Use the edit link.Um, I suggest you try using the Open Office torrent to see if you can get max download speed. If you can, there's probably nothing else you can do.You are getting Network OK / UPnP OK in the status bar right?
