Will NOT seed once torrent is completed??

Hi:

And thanks for any forthcoming help. No matter what site I download torrents from, while in progress uploads are cruising up to 100-200 kb, but as soon as the download is finished there is absolutely NO UPLOADING. I have tried looking at all settings, uninstalling, using previous versions, but I can't figure it out.

Does anyone have an idea on what to do here so I can continue seeding once the torrent is done?

Did you tested with few public torrents where the amount of pure leechers can be high?
