Migration from Free download Manager to uTorrent

Hi,

I have been using Free Download Manager ( FDM V3.0) to download data from torrents.

I now want to move on to use uTorrent. However I have few downloads running running in FDM that are around 70% complete.. Could you please suggest how can i can add these to uTorrent so that download resumes from current status i.e. 70% complete and not from very beginning..
