Seeding for the first time - What to expect

I'm new to this and relatively technically illiterate. I am seeding at the moment, but am not sure if it's working correctly. I'd like to know what Queuing settings should be defaulted to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Queueing settings should be chosen according to the max upload rate of your internet connection.
