Problem found and fixed memory leak and poor reponse win7 x64

Typical Nvidia network software fault had problems with nvidia networking software before this asus board with firewall software.

the computer had nforce first packet and network configurer installed, When I disabled the first packet feature the memory leak was fixed, Also I notice when 200+mb disapeared the nivdia process was using all of it that also was corrected when first packet was disabled.

Hope this helps some one btw if your looking at the fix for I/O issue for windows 7 x64 the patch is for win server 2008 and below and what i hear will hamper the win 7 x64 performance if used
