Is Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation possible.

Hi,

Here's a situation:

Say my downloading speed limit is 200Kbps.

And i'm downloading 4 files and have allocated 50Kbps to each file and the ETA is 1 hour for each file.

After half-an-hour, i have added a 5th file (large) with 30 Kbps allocation and (because of very less bandwidth available), its ETA 3 hours.

My question is: Now that the first 4 files' downloading will be over in remaining half-an-hour, is it possible for utorrent to dynamically / automatically transfer all the 4 files' bandwidth to the 5th file so as to increase its downloading speed?

It's usually a very bad idea to set max speeds on individual torrents, as uTorrent can't increase them dynamically.

If 4 are allowed 50 KB/sec each, you'd likely never run 200 KB/sec max.
