Cannot open uTorrent

That's my big problem after this happened.

As before my uTorrent was running no problem and I always download what I want.

But today I use it to download a game but it happened this problem:

When I click the icon of uTorrent, The small icon show on the right bottom corner. I move the arrow to point it, it show the information of download. However, I double click the small icon, it just give me a alert voice and after few second the small icon disappeared.

I use control panel to remove it, no reponse. I open the system manager to see the program running, cannot see the uTorrent is running.

Now I can't use uTorrent, it make me felt upsad!
