Hi All,

I am new here and need some help please. I am in Australia, my provider is GOTALK, I have ADSL2, Running windows vista black edition. I recently upgraded to 2.0.1 and my speed has gone from 500/800 down to 5 or less.I have used utorrent for years without probs, have all my ports forwarded, static ip set up and all the usual stuff required but i have never had this problem before.

I have tried everything outlined in the "IF YOU HAVE SPEED PROBLEMS" Link.

My network status light is Green tick.

port checker from the Speed Guide writes "port open"

Speed Guide shows settings to be,upload 89.5kb/s, download 12.7kb/s

net.max_halfopen set to 2

Security software installed, avast a/v

Exact router model(s), and exact modem model, TP-LINK,TD 8840

All tests were carried out with no other progs open

I have results from Hijackthis and Process explore but dont know how to post screen shots.

Here are GLASNOST results.
