Remote Assistance Available?

Hi there, I've been using UTorrent quite successfully for along time but over the past couple of weeks things have changed. I'm getting next to zero download speeds, I can't even complete a speed test using the built-in test, my port says it works but it's not correct, I just have spent hours trying to go over everything and I'm sick of it.

Is there a service anyone knows of where I can request (and pay for if necessary) remote assistance? Like when I ring my ISP for help they often log in to my computer using www.logmein.com and they can fix things very quickly.

I don't know anyone personally I can talk to about this, I feel like I've exhausted my own limits with doing research and trying different settings etc, so I wondered if anyone had ever heard of such a service/person.
