Parasite
I am currently in Hong Kong and will move to the US in a few weeks. Once there, I will set up a new ISP and want to make certain all my torrents, settings, etc. work well as they do now. My question is: once I move and have the new ISP connection, is there anything I will need to change or reset in settings to recognize my torrents and account? Is this something that is with my torrent trackers also? I'm fairly new to this, so please forgive my ignorance if this is not an issue.
WLS
I'd run the setup guide for the location nearest my new home. But that's just me, I do silly things like that.
Switeck
Your new ISP/s may throttle/disrupt BitTorrent traffic to ips outside China. You may only get high speeds to same-ISP/same-region ips even besides that. Sadly, uTorrent doesn't fully utilize multiple speed tier environments.
