Possible causes of Element Not Found errors.

I've noticed element not found errors occur mostly after a piece failed hash check.

Otherwise element not found errors occur before the initial 10 percent of the file is completed. It is likely that it occurs near when the initial pieces complete or are near completion. Since this doesn not happen often, I have a feeling it may be a race condition.
