m.alleg1990
I have been reading guide after guide for days now and trying every possible option but nothing has any effect. The problem is that torrents will not download. Some have red arrows but the problem is NOT the tracker, i have tried several major trackers. A few torrents have blue arrows, and show 0(86) seeds. They all say downloading but are not. When i run the setup guide the speed test times out. I have already read and tried the guide posted to correct this with no success. I have no firewall installed, and windows firewall is disabled. There is an yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it that says "no incoming connections." i have applied all of the settings mentioned in the guide "SLOW/INTERRUPTED INTERNET CONNECTION OR OFFLINE TRACKERS "My port is properly forwarded, that test passes.I have tried connecting my computer directly to the modem, but still have the same problem.I tried running the Glasnost test but i get the error message that it failed. I have reinstalled java and still get this error. What could be causing this problem? I am desperate for answers.
