Idea for new build

Dont know if this is the place to put this but here goes. I am legally blind and I have an idea for an improvement ok you know when you go over a button at the top how you have a mouse over (example add torrent when you go over the first button) ok now my idea is to expand that to the tabs like general trackers peers... The reason this is so important is that screan readers read the mouse over text. Screan readers help us that are legally blind or totally blind use computers
